Currently we are only shipping to the lower 48 Contiguous States and certain Canadian territories. No other international orders are accepted from our US website.

All deliveries ship via UPS and will have a 1-3 business day order processing time. Shipping times will vary depending on delivery location. For Canadian deliveries customs will also play a role in delivery time. 

We do not currently support any other international shipping or ordering. 

We allow up to 3 business days to process the order. From there the items are processed and prepared for shipping.  Our goal is to have our products to you within 7 total days. However, shipping times can vary depending on delivery location. For Canadian deliveries customs will also play a role in delivery time. 

We do not carry replacement bags for any items.

The quick answer is, No. Our colors and designs are specific and our sizes are listed on the site when you click the product. 

We do provide bulk ordering at discounted prices. Because bulk order is somewhat specific in shipping and delivery we do recommend bulk orders to be placed 60-90 days before needed to ensure on-time delivery.
